Shale Inhibitor
Description
Sodium and potassium mixture of sulfonated asphalt. Asphal-S(FT-1) is a highly water soluble agent. It can stabilize shale formations and preventing the hole from sloughing. It also has the ability of inhibiting the dispersion of drill cuttings. Lubricating the drill tools. Reducing the HTHP fluid loss of drilling fluid. Building up thin, strong and compressible mud cake. It is non-damaging to the pay-zone.

Description
RH-4, a fatty amide oil-in –water emulsion, is a
concentrated aqueous solution of a nonionic surfactant containing an optimum
proportion of defoamer. The surface-active properties of RH-4 reduce inter
particle force and provide easier control of rheological and filtration
properties.
