FEATURES

1.      1.      Valve open-close position:
The Ball, Stem and Lever are a unit of assemblage, the flat construction stem-head, it can be easily showed that the position of valve is opened or closed from the lever position. When the lever or the flat position of stem-head with piping is parallel, the valve is opened. When the lever or the flat position of stem-head with piping is upright, the valve is closed.

2.      2.      Locking Device:
The valve is equipped with locking holes at the fully-open and fully-closed position, so as to avoid mistaken actions during opening and closing the valve.

3.      3.      Blow off-proof Stem Construction:
The lower end of stem is terraced, and is installed from the lower internal part of stem. This construction can firm blow off-proof stem and metal-to -metal contact sealing after fire in either case.

4.      4.      Anti-static Function:
The springs are fitted between Body and Ball or Between Ball and Stem that can transmit out static electricity occurring during open-close action.

5.      5.      Fireproof Design:
When the fire happens, Packing, Seat etc non-metal parts will be burned, Most of the leakage medium may speed up the fire. Valve fireproof construction can prevent most of leak medium. In case the seat is burned, the ball will directly contact the metal face of the body and accordingly most of leakage medium is prevented from burned the seat.

6.      6.      Special seat sealing construction:
With many years’ experience in ball valve manufacturing and combination foreign advanced technology, we have designed double line sealing on the seat; it releases automatically pressure and can assure sealing under High-Low pressure.

7.      7.      Non-leak structure at the centre flanges (connection between valve body and body cap):
The connection between the valve body and the body cap is of basic seal by washer, for preventing leaking at the connection because of firehigh-temperaturevibration, so but the washer seal designed to contact of metal-to-metal and form metal-to-metal contact seal at the connection and assure no leaking.
