The OEMic butterfly valves are designed following most of popular international standards and approved by the certification of such as DNV, TUV, API & ISO.

OEMic Butterfly valve series include traditional centre line type, dual offset metal / soft sealing, triple offset metal seal types, most of them offer low torque for more durable and a less-expensive actuation package compared to ball, plug, and gate valves.

The butterfly valve also can be actuated for throttling, providing more versatility, and it is lighter in weight and easier to install than ball and plug valves.

Due to complete diameter size range, applications of OEMic butterfly valve include commercial and general utility service including HVAC, hot and cold water system, compressed air and hydrocarbons, vacuum service, oil / gas process line service, and modulating control services etc..

Strong Body:

Available in Full Lug and Wafer style,

 Flange type also available for high pressure and

big diameter size.

- The wafer style is less expensive than a lug style.

- Wafer designs do not transfer the weight of the

  piping system directly through the valve body.

- A lug body allows dead-end service or removal of

downstream piping.

- Flange connection is providing more secure

connection contribution. 

 

 Seat Face: excellent sealing and seat part durability

 

 Precision Taper Pins: Ensure positive, vibration proof,

                         shaft to disc connection.

                         Easily field replaceable.

 

 Stem: The stem of the butterfly valve is a one-piece shaft or a two-piece (split-stem) design.

 Precision Profile Disc: Provides bubble-tight shut-off and assures minimum torque and longer seat life.

- Bi-directional flow.

- Sizes 2” to 120” available.

- Variable materials components to meet any service requirement.

- Three types of style available in body:

  Wafer style; Lug Style and Flange Style.

- Simple and compact for construction and

   maintenance.

- Available in different operating way:

   manual operators (level/gear), and electric or

 pneumatic actuators.

- Compatible with ANSI B16.1 class 125 / 150

  / 300; JIS & BS flange.

- Ease of throttle. Valve can be locked in

  several intermediate positions by a special

  control system.

High Performance Dual Offset BUTTERFLY VALVES

 

It is widely used in throttling or adjusting media flow volume in industrial pipeline in petroleum, power, chemical and metallurgy field.

Working Principle:

By revolving driven shaft or wheel and through worm gear to decelerate driving two direction sealing butterfly valve makes valve axle and valve disc revolve in 90°, to achieve throttling, connection or disconnection.

 

 INSTALLATION CAUTIONS

 The valve is bi-directional and can be mounted in any position. However, it is recommended

 that the valve is horizontal to the stem and the inclined cone edge of disc faces towards the

 downstream. (Refer to directional arrows and stem side)

If you want to use at temperatures below -48 deg C or above 426 deg C, or special fluid medium , the extension design shall be applied. In such case please contact the sales department
